1. Agreement structure

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a contract between you (“Customer”) and Srexalonoidriz (“Seller”) when you submit an order for AlphaVirex or related products through the Website. They supplement mandatory consumer protections under Dutch and European Union law, which prevail if any clause below is inconsistent.

By ticking the acceptance box at checkout or order form, you confirm that you read these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy, and that you act as a consumer unless you inform us otherwise in writing before purchase.

2. Product nature and regulatory notices

AlphaVirex is marketed as a food supplement, not a medicinal product. Labels follow Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 where applicable and national Dutch food information rules. Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not replace a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle.

Descriptions on the Website are invitations to treat. Technical specifications may change when suppliers update components; the label on the physical product is authoritative. Photographs are illustrative and may show props that are not included in the shipment.

3. Account eligibility and information

Customers must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering binding agreements. You warrant that contact, delivery, and payment information you supply is accurate. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, exceed reasonable household quantities, or breach export restrictions.

4. Ordering process and contract formation

When you submit the order form, you make an offer. We send an acknowledgement email automatically; it does not yet constitute acceptance. The contract is formed when we confirm acceptance in a separate message or when we dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will inform you without undue delay and refund any authorised payment.

5. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in euros (€) including Dutch VAT at the rate applicable on the order date for consumers in the Netherlands. Cross-border customers may see VAT adjustments at checkout according to the One Stop Shop rules or local obligations.

We accept payment methods shown during checkout. Payment partners process card data under their own terms. You authorise us to charge your selected method for the total shown, including shipping and statutory fees.

Promotional prices and strikethrough reference prices reflect genuine prior pricing in our channels for at least 30 days before the promotion unless a shorter period is clearly explained, in line with Directive (EU) 2019/2161 enforcement guidance.

6. Shipping, risk, and title

Delivery times communicated on the Website are estimates. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you provided. Title passes after full payment and delivery.

Free shipping thresholds apply to standard service in listed regions. Remote areas may incur surcharges communicated before payment.

7. Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers in the EEA generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under Dutch Civil Code Book 7. Exceptions may apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection if opened. Detailed instructions appear in the Return Policy.

To exercise the right, send an unequivocal statement to our email or postal address before the deadline expires.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

Consumers benefit from the two-year legal guarantee under Directive (EU) 2019/771 as implemented in the Netherlands. If a product is not conforming, you may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination subject to statutory conditions.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

Subject to the preceding sentence, our aggregate liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order unless a higher amount results from imperative consumer rules.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits except where such exclusion is unlawful.

10. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, pandemics, strikes, carrier failures, or government measures. We will notify you and outline available remedies.

11. Intellectual property

Trademarks, graphics, text, and layout on the Website belong to the Seller or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them without written consent except for private viewing or statutory fair dealing.

12. Privacy and communications

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Operational emails about your order are necessary for the contract. Marketing emails require separate consent.

13. Dispute resolution and applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would refer to another jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.

You may bring proceedings in the courts of Amsterdam or in the courts of your Member State domicile. We submit to the jurisdiction of competent courts as required by consumer law.

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged to participate in consumer arbitration bodies but we will consider good-faith mediation requests.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms to reflect legal or commercial changes. The version applying to your order is the version online at the time of purchase unless we notify you of material changes and obtain fresh consent where required.

15. Pre-contractual information and trader identification

Before you are bound by a distance contract, we present the main characteristics of AlphaVirex, total pricing including taxes and mandatory charges, payment and delivery arrangements, the minimum duration of any subscription (none by default), our complaint procedure reference, and the existence of a legal guarantee. This information appears on the product page, checkout summary, and these Terms.

Our VAT identification number, chamber of commerce registration number, and any applicable sector permits will be disclosed on invoices or upon request to comply with Dutch implementation of the Consumer Rights Directive.

16. Invoicing and bookkeeping

We issue electronic or paper invoices for taxable supplies as required by Dutch tax law. Invoices list the Seller’s legal details, your billing address, VAT treatment, product description, quantity, unit price, and total amount paid. Please retain invoices for your records.

17. Complaint handling and escalation

Complaints about defects, delivery, or billing should be emailed to community@srexalonoidriz.world with your order reference and a concise description. We acknowledge receipt within five business days and aim to propose a substantive response within fourteen business days unless complex investigation requires more time, in which case we notify you of the delay.

If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform or seek mediation through a recognised body in your Member State without prejudice to your right to bring court proceedings.

18. Voluntary commercial guarantees

Any voluntary commercial guarantee we offer will be described in plain language, specify the guarantor, territorial scope, duration, and claim procedure, and will not reduce your statutory rights.

19. Export, sanctions, and restricted uses

You may not resell goods purchased on the Website into jurisdictions subject to EU, UN, or Dutch sanctions without appropriate licences. You warrant that you are not listed on restricted party lists. Food supplements must not be marketed with unauthorised health claims in your destination country.

20. Severability and entire agreement

If a provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable to the fullest extent. These Terms, together with the order confirmation and policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement regarding the subject matter and supersede prior oral understandings.
